Update: New Information [22-Jun-19] FSDG eSellerate Update

Update [22-Jun-19]: Flight Sim Development Group (FSDG) has listened to the community and is reacting with the news that all users will be able to access their products and serial keys through a new forum system.

For those looking to retrieve their old orders, you will need to head to their new forums and sign in. Your login details will be sent to you via your registered email. Once signed in, head to your PMs within the forum system and you will find a selection of messages with download links along with your serial number.

New orders on the new Flight Sim Development Group store won’t be found here, as this just affects orders used through the eSellerate system.

All you have to do is login to your account using your email address and you’ll find all your old orders with serials and download links.
All customers from the old shop should have received an email with further instructions. If not, please let us know!

FSDG has made the announcement that products purchased prior to June will no longer be accessible. This has to do with eSellerate shutting down their servers. It is a good idea to download and backup your products from their website before this shutdown takes place. This includes order ID’s, serial numbers and product installers. Updating of your products should still be possible as long as you can provide the team with proof or purchase through an order ID or serial number.

It is not known why the team wasn’t able to transfer old purchases to their new shop system, such as announced by FSLabs earlier. FSDG is know for sceneries such as Bremen, Agadir, Reunion and Seychelles amongst others.
