After being announced just a few days ago, UK2000 Scenery has released Bristol Xtreme X-Plane Edition. The news was announced in a very brief Facebook post, with a full announcement coming later.
The regional airport in the South-West of the UK sees continuous growing traffic to destinations around the world. From domestic flights to the North of the UK and down to the south of Spain to long-haul destinations such as Cancun and Orlando (the short runway proves a challenge for the 787).
The airport from UK2000 Scenery has been converted from the previous FSX/P3D version, but with newly added features specifically designed for the X-Plane 11 version. This means you can expect features such as custom light FX and halo, physical based rendering across the airport along with specular lighting. This is on top of the pre-existing features such as custom buildings, 3D approach lights and plenty of airport vehicles.
It is worth noting that the conversion does not contain any of the changes to the terminal buildings and parking stands at the airport, which have recently taken place.
You can buy the airport from UK2000 Scenery’s website. Although announced previously to release for £16.99, the website currently lists the product for £9.99. This may be an error, so please be aware of that.
