UK2000 Scenery has today announced their plans to develop Stansted for X-Plane 10 & 11.

Just like the FSX/P3D version, the scenery will include custom ground, grass and building textures. By the looks of it, it will be another accurate rendition of the UK airport for X-Plane and will use multiple tools within the sim to make it standout.

They also confirmed it will be released on August 26th. If you can’t wait that long, you can also check out Norwich.

UK2000 Scenery also commented on Dovetail Game’s Flight Sim World and said that right now, it won’t be likely for their products to be compatible. The scenery suffers from the same issues they had importing the products into P3Dv4 and that it also lacked night and other material textures. However, once these issues have been fixed, they’ll release updates for the sim.

Of course, if you use P3Dv4, then you can download Stansted and all other scenery packages now (except Gatwick).
