UK2000 Issues Statement on X-Plane 10

Over on their Facebook page, UK2000 have issued a statement on further developments for X-Plane 10. Making Belfast the last airport released for X-Plane 10

From now on, new UK2000 scenery released for the X-Plane platform will not support X-Plane 10.

This decision has been made partly due to technical reasons, as a scenery made for X-Plane 11 with PBR materials and specular lighting does not just carry over to the older X-Plane 10 meaning that a separate X-Plane 10 version has to be developed.

Furthermore, the userbase for X-Plane 10 is getting smaller and smaller as more users move over to X-Plane 11 to a point where no one really uses it anymore.

Though no new airports will be released for X-Plane 10, the airports already released will be updated alongside the X-Plane 11 version of these.
