Twotonemurphy and Jeppeson2001 have teamed up to allow you to take a journey through time, with the release of their ‘Seven Wonders of the Ancient World’ scenery pack. The scenery is a part of a new series that Twotonemurphy is running on his Twitch and YouTube channel. In this series he invites his community to fly alongside him and discover these landmarks, while learning more about the history surrounding these ancient marvels. The first part of the series happened on September 30, exploring the Statue of Zeus at Olympia, but there are still 6 more Ancient Wonders left to be discovered together with Murphy, or at your own discretion.
The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World are seven notable landmarks that were built between 2584 BC until 280 BC. They include the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Statue of Zeus at Olympia, the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the Colossus of Rhodes and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. Most of these Wonders are no longer in existence today due to natural disasters and decay.
The scenery itself has been developed by Jeppeson2001, who has previously brought us fantastically detailed locations to explore, such as the Victoria Falls and Niagara Falls scenery packs. The ‘Seven Wonders of the Ancient World’ scenery pack is available for free through Twotonemurphy’s own website.
