TukanFlightSim has made their debut with their Ford Trimotor for MSFS. The developer invites you to “experience a bygone era” as you immersive yourself in the golden age of aviation through this vintage classic.
The Ford Trimotor, nicknamed “Tin Goose”, is a three-engine transport aircraft. It had its first flight in 1926 and quickly proved a popular aircraft. Its high versatility made it an aircraft useful for many purposes, while passengers praised its relative comfort for the time. The Trimotor was developed in both the 4-AT and 5-AT variant, with TukanFlightSim developing the latter version. The 5-AT variant featured more powerful 420 horsepower Pratt & Whitney Wasp engines.
TukanFlightSim’s Trimotor features a detailed exterior and interior model with high quality textures for visual fidelity. The instruments are era-authentic, and include a classic radio for navigation and communication for the ultimate feeling of immersion.
TukanFlightSim’s Trimotor is available for €24 through SimMarket and Orbx.
