Toliss Updates Airbus A340-600

After a successful release back in October 2021, ToLiss has released their second update for their A340-600.

Version 1.0.2 addresses issues that some users have reported around various systems including FMGS, batteries, IRS and transponder as well as improved visuals to the particle system to the wind and engine areas to appear more realistic. More specific improvements have been made to thrust settings when in idle, to help represent a more true to life descent profile, improvements to the auto brake system when using it to come to a full stop, pressing the pedals will no longer disengage the brake system, just like the real aircraft.

New features that have been added to the aircraft include various animations to the aircraft such as visible RAT, hydraulic landing gear lines, visible chocks when parked at the gate as well as new custom landing gear particle models. When using the taxi cam inside the cockpit, you will now see the flap and nose landing gear animations. ToLiss, along with support from Henrik Ku, has also improved a number of sounds including cockpit, engine and ground contact interactions.

To update the Airbus A340, simply run the Skunkcraft updater (if this isn’t set to automatic update) and it will download and install automatically, or to purchase the Airbus airliner for X-Plane, head over to the X-Plane Store where you can add it to your hangar for 89.99 USD (Around £66.50/€79.60).
