The Secret Studio, a developer of high-quality airport sceneries for MSFS known for previous scneries including Miri Airport (WBGR), has released its latest scenery, this time focusing on Malaysia’s Kuching International Airport (WBGG).
Kuching International Airport (WBGG) is one of the most important aviation hubs in the Malaysian state of Sarawak and serves as a gateway to many popular tourist destinations in the region. The airport’s rich history dates back to the 1940s when it was first established as an airstrip by the British colonial government. Initially, it served as an aviation hub for and gateway for the state of Sarawak, Brunei, and North Borneo, with the introduction of a once-weekly flight operated with a Douglas Dakota originating in Singapore. Over the years, it has undergone several renovations and expansions, and today it is a modern facility able to accommodate domestic and international flights.
MSFS scenery developer The Secret Studio has released their rendition of Kuching Airport for MSFS, providing sim users with a highly detailed and accurate representation of this important aviation hub. The product features a fully modeled airport terminal building, with custom textures and high-resolution 3D models that accurately depict the real-world structure. The developers have also included numerous custom objects, such as ground vehicles, airport equipment, and static aircraft, that add to the overall immersion of the airport. The airport’s runways, taxiways, and parking areas have been recreated to match their real-world counterparts, using high-quality satellite imagery and other sources.
The Secret Studio’s Kuching Airport for MSFS is available for purchase from the developer’s simMarket store page and will cost you €18.00 E.x. VAT.
