The Pilot Club Announces Flightsim Pilot Mentorship Program

Aviation community The Pilot Club has announced the launch of their new Flightsim Pilot Mentorship Program. The program is aimed at connecting virtual pilots of various skill levels and provide training programs and learn more about flight simulation together.

Members are matched with ‘seasoned flightsim enthusiasts’, or mentors, to learn more about flight simulation. The examples given by The Pilot Club include learning about how to fly an airliner, basics of VFR and IFR flying and procedures, and more. The instructions are personalised, and the goals and terms of the program are set by yourself so you can learn at a pace that works for you.

The Pilot Club offers formalised flight training through their ATO Flight School, which offers several courses for pilots. These include courses as PPL, IR, ATPL, Flight Instructor Training and VATSIM training. While these courses offer a formalised standard, the new Mentorship Program takes place outside of these constraints.

Joining The Pilot Club is completely free, and the new Flightsim Pilot Mentorship Program will be available for free for TPC members.
