TFDi Updates PACX – Featuring a new HUD interface

TFDi Design has updated their passenger care add-on for Prepar3D. This version introduces a new interface called HUD in which PACX is now managed through a bar at the bottom of the screen, directly in-sim. The update also comes with a fair load of corrections (full changelog below).

Still in development, PACX simulates the passenger behavior in flight, each of them having their own needs. It enables the pilots to perform announcements and interact directly with each passenger. The various cabin announcements can be heard and the pilots can also interact directly with his own voice. PACX is integrated with several add-ons such as the TFDi 717, QW 787, PMDG 737 NGX, 747 QOTS II and 777, with the pilot acting on the relevant switches in the cockpit to make the announcements. While this does not replace the job of a flight attendans, it creates further immersion.

PACX is available through the TFDi website for $29.99
