Teikof Studio Releases Antonio Nariño Airport (SKPS)

Microsoft Flight Simulator scenery developer Teikof Studio continues to expand its catalog of Central and South American airports with Antonio Nariño Airport (SKPS) in Colombia. SKPS is situated 35 kilometers north of the municipality of Pasto, the capital of the Nariño Department (district) of Colombia. Known as being one of Colombia’s most challenging airports, SKPS is located at an elevation of 1,814 meters (5,951 ft) MSL with a relatively short, 2,312 meters (7,585 ft) runway, built on top of a plateau 50 meters (164 ft) above the surrounding terrain.

The region is known for food, beverage, and furniture production as well as trade with the neighboring country of Ecuador. While the airport accommodates military operations and private charters, SKPS primarily handles domestic flights for southern Colombia. Airline service is provided by Avianca and LATAM Airlines Colombia as well as Columbian regional airline Clic Air.

SKPS is available on the MSFS Marketplace for $9.99 USD excluding applicable taxes and fees.
