TDS Sim Software has announced the release of its TDS GTNXi for X-Plane. This new plugin integrates seamlessly with X-Plane 11 and 12 allowing you to use either the GTN 750Xi or the GTN650Xi directly in the simulator. You can use either or a combination of both in a number of planes.
The GTNXi is a full touchscreen display that allows you to use full autopilot controls, dual GPS/Flight plan support, view live METAR data, and utilise SmartGlide.
For X-Plane 12, the following planes are supported by integrating directly into the virtual cockpit:
- Aerobask ViperJet
- Aerobask DA-20
- Torquesim CJ 525
- JetStream CIS Seminole
- JetStream CIS Seneca
Furthermore, there is legacy VC integration that can automatically detect and install the TDS GTNXi in almost all add-on aircraft which already provide the legacy GTN 3d bezel unit (XPlane 11/XPlane 12). There is also support for external hardware with RealSimGear. Finally, it has full support for Navigraph.
You can buy your copy from the TDS store for 64.95 EUR (excluding taxes).
