Taxi2Gate appear to be more active than ever as they have confirmed they are currently working on updates for both Orlando and Hamad International Airport. The news follows from the recent update to Paris Charles De Gaulle (LFPG) released last month.
Sadly, no screenshots or other information was shared, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on Taxi2Gate’s Facebook page for new information. It’s not clear at this time if whether these updates will be paid updates as was the case with Charles De Gaulle. Hopefully, the updates described by Taxi2Gate include modern features such as PBR, v5 compatibility and perhaps even sloped runways and integrated VGDS.
Further to both Orlando and Hamad International Airport, the team said that “more updates” are also due afterwards. As for which airports will be updated, this wasn’t shared. It could also be news that new airports are being developed by the team, but again, this is unknown at this time. Regardless, seeing two major Taxi2Gate airports get updated is certainly positive news. We’ll keep you informed should we learn anything more.
Taxi2Gate do appear to be back in action lately. As mentioned, they have updated their Paris Charles De Gaulle, as well as releasing a new airport: Indianapolis International Airport. Time will tell whether even more new airport releases will come from the team.
