Scenery developer TaiModels has released Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (YSSY) for X-Plane 11. The newly released airport comes with full 4K texturing, detailed terminal models and more.
Located in Sydney, Kingsford Smith Airport is the country’s busiest with over 50 million passing its doors each year. With Australia opening back up to the world again, it’s going to see plenty of traffic from airlines all over the world. Qantas, of course, holds the largest number of flights to and from the airport, whilst Jetstar, Rex Airlines and Virgin Australia also transport customers both domestically and internationally. Due to the fact it’s located just 5 miles away from downtown Sydney, you get some incredible views of Sydney and its iconic landmarks.
TaiModels has included a number of features such as 4K texturing, complete modelling of the terminals, including interior modelling for terminals 1 and 2, along with the addition of custom SAM jetways and PBR ground textures. Furthermore, the team has included custom mesh, animated objects and plenty of airport clutter.
