Almost one week after Synaptic Simulations shared a 47-minute long in-depth preview video for its forthcoming A220, the developer confirmed that the A220 is releasing tomorrow, the 28th of July, 2026.
In case you missed the Welcome to the A220 video, it featured an exterior walkaround showcasing details in the PW1500G engines, body work, control surfaces, and the APU. Then, Harsh took the jet through a startup, explained the trim system, pitch/climb modes, graphical flight planning, vertical path adjustments, and talked the audience through a landing.
Cameron from iniBuilds concluded the video with a detailed look at the EFB. Pilots familiar with other iniBuilds aircraft can expect a similar interface including performance calculations, ground service management, SimBrief Integration, and Navigraph Charts support. However, the A220 includes one thing not found in other iniBuilds aircraft- RGB Cabin Lighting.
