SXAirportDesign has been quiet for the past few months as they have been very hard at work building San Antonio International Airport (KSAT). However, today they share a few new previews of the airport.
The development has come a long way since we last heard from SXAD back in late May of 2019 and in that time, things have come a long way. The terminal building is now completed and developers are installing SODE jetways onto the terminal gates. Runway 4 has been given N1, N2, N3, and N4 links and the tower, parking lot areas, and industrial areas around the airport remain on the to-do list for the developers. SXAD developers have aimed for a July/August release, but as August comes to a close, this may continue on into September. Since there has been no talk of a release date, things could still be on track for an August release since there is not much left to do. SXAD is fairly confident it will release before the end of 2019.
