Halloween might be long gone, but Microsoft and Netflix came together to bring spooky energy into the simulator with the Stranger Things Expansion.
This expansion brings Netflix’s show Stranger Things to life by recreating the show’s setting in Hawkins, Indiana. It includes 5 missions voiced by the cast of the show, a “Hawkins Heli-Tours” mode for exploration after completing the missions, a brand new UH-1H Huey helicopter featuring the Hawkins Heli-Tours livery, over 40 famous locations from all 5 seasons of the show, custom avatar outfits, and encounters with the Upside Down world.
The release marks the official announcement of developer Taog’s Hangar as a first party partner. Taog’s Hangar, an experienced helicopter developer, created the UH-1H Huey featured in the package.
Microsoft and Netflix’s Stranger Things expansion is available now for free on the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Marketplace for PC, Xbox, and Playstation.
