X-Plane developer Stairport Sceneries has announced a brand new utility for X-Plane 11. Called shadeX, the new X-Plane 11 utility will add “unique effects” to the simulator.
The product was initially designed as a tool for taking screenshots, the developers felt that the effects would be useful for users in X-Plane 11 in general. The team said that the tool is “powerful”, it also has a focus on being user-friendly. The team said that the product has entered beta testing and this “wont take long” until a release.
On the newly made Facebook page, the team said that the tool will “change the visual appearance and add great effects” by using realtime shader-based technology. A handful of previews were also shared alongside the announcement of shadeX for X-Plane.
