Skyline Simulations has announced that they are bringing Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (KCVG) to Microsoft Flight Simulator. In a post on Facebook, the development team said that they are “embracing what’s next” in the world of flight simulation and will be bringing the airport to the simulator building it from the ground-up.
The new version of Cincinnati from Skyline Simulations will be the most realistic rendition of the airport possible, with thousands of on-site photos taken to help the team develop even the smallest details. Currently, the airport is going through an extensive works programme, but the developers will enable users to use the older terminals also in order “to relive [the airport’s] golden years.”
No timeframe was given, but the team did provide a series of previews of the airport in progress.
