SimWorks Studios has issued a comprehensive update for their PC-12 Legacy for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Update 1.3.7 aims to fix some issues that have been reported with the plane, as well as some other improvements.
One of the main things in the update is a modification to the engine itself. This should now result in correct take-off and climb performance, as well as more consistent performance during the flight itself. The ground handling of the airplane has also been improved, with new friction support from the simulator itself, as well as better nose wheel steering sensitivity. The nose wheel steering functionality has also been changed a bit, with “some kind of braking” and differences between rudder modes.
Last but not least, the update also includes changes to the avionics department. The EADI has been updated to provide correct active and armed annunciations. SimWorks Studios has also reworked the decision height warning logic, and the KAS-297 unit now responds to the default MSFS keybinds.
A full changelog of the 1.3.7 update can be found below. The developer states that a full uninstallation of the previous version is required before installing the new version. If you do not yet own SimWorks Studios PC-12 Legacy, you can purchase it for €24.99 through Contrail.
