Developer SimWorks Studios has shared a number of new previews for the Kodiak 100 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The team has been busy working on the plane for a while with numerous previews over the course of the past few months. It was originally intended on being released July/August, but has clearly missed that window.
Despite the delay, SimWorks Studios has said that the 3D modelling is now almost 100% complete, with small bits awaiting final polish. With the modelling behind them, SimWorks Studios are now working on the aircraft’s handling and engine performance. The torques and fuel flows are “very close” to the real world aircraft.
SimWorks Studios said that the engine is “especially important” for the aircraft. So much so that it will be important for “another aircraft” that will be announced soon.
