Flight planning website simBrief announced that their new simBrief Downloader program is now available for download.
Designed to simplify downloading of all of your FMS route files, the program runs silently in the background and automatically exports all of your chosen FMS formats into the proper directories with a single click. Once installed, the program will detect when you generate a flight plan on the SimBrief website and offer a pop-up alert that allows you to export your chosen file formats.
In addition, the simBrief Downloader will automatically detect your installed flight simulator and add-ons, and allow you specify multiple download locations for a given format. The downloader also includes a built-in step-by-step tutorial, and built-in update alerts and downloads.
The program can be downloaded free of charge from the simBrief website for both the Windows (32-bit & 64-bit) and Mac (64-bit) operating systems.
