Developer SimBitWorld has announced that they completed work on a brand new ‘live map’ feature for their product A Pilot’s Life. The new live map will track flights in progress. The map will show users on any device location, progress on current flight and more.
The map will refresh every 5 minutes and show you primary details of those flying in the A Pilot’s Life universe.
For those not yet knowledgable on the product, please note that this isn’t simply a ‘moving map’ product, but a system built to simulate you going through the ranks of a pilot career. The live map is supplementary to the core product. You can find out more here, or by watching the video below.
Development of A Pilot’s Life from SimBitWorld will continue with new versions already confirmed to be in the works. Future versions will include flight tickets and pilot training (version 1.3.1), the addition of secondary hubs for airlines (version 1.3.2) and finally a community page (version 1.4.0).
