Sierrasim is on a roll ! In a matter of days, the new brand on the scenery market for FSX and P3D has released no less than three products. This time, their target is La Mesa International Airport – Ramón-Villeda-Morales (MHLM), located in Honduras near the city of San Pedro Sula. Just like the previously released Palonegro Airport and Augusto Sandino Airport, the developer aims at rendering secondary airports in Central and South America with good performance without sacrificing with quality.
As such, the airport was designed based on aerial imaging ground textures, dedicated specific autogen surrounding the area, Orbx Vector integration, Freemesh compatibility, dynamic lighting and a GSX Level 2 profile.

It is the biggest economic city of Honduras, generating most of the gross domestic product of the country. Serving about 1 million passengers per year, the airport welcomes international passenger mostly to the US. It also has an Air Europa service to Madrid Barajas Airport. As a major fruit production region, the airport also sees a fair amount of cargo airlines to the US and other Central American destinations.
