A few weeks ago, we announced the plans for the FSElite Theatre at this year’s FlightSimWeekend, in Lelystad. Following that announcement, along with an initial list of exhibitors, we have made plans to ensure that as many of you in attendance can be a part of each show.
Four Sessions on Each Day
In order to help ensure all of the developers, speakers, and product reveals are on time, we have split each day into four sessions. Each session will feature a mix of developers seminars, speakers and announcements in quick succession. For example, in the hour-long Alpha Session on Saturday 15th, attendees will watch talks and announcements from SayIntentions.AI, OnAir, and Aerosoft.
They will each have their own stage time, presentations and (time pending) the ability to take questions from the audience.
By breaking up the weekend into these sessions, it ensures that moving people in and out of the theatre is as seamless and efficient as possible. Once the session is finished, everyone will leave the theatre to welcome the next set of attendees for the following session.
Reserving Your Slot with Free Tickets
We found in previous years that we had to turn people away from many sessions due to popularity. In order to avoid any disappointment, we will be running a reservation system with free tickets. You can book your tickets online right now for each session. Those tickets are limited to just 100, but will guarantee your spot inside the theatre.
You can book a ticket via our Eventbrite page and each session has its own unique ticket. On the day, you will join the ‘reservation’ queue and be amongst the first to be admitted to the theatre.
Of course, we will still welcome walk-ins for each session, but we cannot guarantee entry. So in order to avoid disappointment, book ahead for the session(s) you wish to attend. You can book up to 5 tickets in total, so if there’s a group of you, only one of you needs to book in advance.
Tickets are FREE and walk-ins will still be welcome*.
*Subject to capacity limits of the theatre itself.
Seminar Competitions

- There will be four sessions of seminars on both Saturday and Sunday. Each session will have a mix of multiple developers, speakers and announcements.
- You can reserve a space at each of the sessions with our ticketing system
- Walk-ins are still available but we cannot guarantee your space as reservations will take priority
