Just a week after unveiling the feature, SayIntentions.AI has expanded AI Uplink for GSX to all eligible subscribers. Originally launched as a preview for Partner Program members, the voice-controlled ground handling integration is now available to everyone on the service’s Premium and Professional plans following a short period of real-world testing.
The feature enables users to control FSDreamTeam GSX using natural voice commands rather than navigating menus. Instead of manually selecting ground services, simmers can simply ask for actions such as connecting the jetway, requesting catering, fuel, GPU, stairs, or lavatory service, with SayIntentions interpreting the request and triggering the appropriate GSX functions. GSX continues to handle the animations and ground vehicles, while SayIntentions provides the conversational AI interface.
For those who prefer not to use voice commands, the same functionality is also available through PocketSky, the company’s companion app, which includes dedicated Ground Service Request buttons covering the same range of actions.
When the feature was first announced, SayIntentions said it wanted to gather feedback from its Partner Program before rolling it out more widely. Less than a week later, the company says it is confident enough in the system to make it generally available, allowing a much larger audience to begin using voice-controlled GSX operations.
AI Uplink for GSX is included with Premium and Professional subscriptions, although users will still need to own GSX itself to access the full range of supported ground services. SayIntentions notes that its own built-in Ground Ops features, including pushback and jetway operations, continue to function independently for those who don’t own GSX.
