SamScene3D has released their Seoul City WOW for FSX and Prepar3D V4 and V5. The scenery features the Seoul City landmarks, custom autogen and seasonal textures. The scenery is deemed to have been optimized for the best framerates. It is compatible with most third-party add-on airports of the Seoul area, and with the Orbx add-ons covering the area.
Seoul is the capital city of South Korea. It has close to 10 million habitants and is served by two main airports : Incheon International (RKSI), inaugurated in 2001 and which is partially built on an island, and Gimpo airport (RKSS), which is the “historic” Seoul Airport.
Samscene advises that the scenery renders best when it is flown 2000ft above ground and recommends setting the texture resolution to less than 60cm to get the sharpest results. Users should be aware that the scenery requires 10 Gb of disk space. The developer also stated that while the scenery is compatible with Prepar3D V5, users will need to install it manually using the embedded scenery library.
