SamScene3D Announces Macau for MSFS

City landscape developer SamScene3D has revealed in a brief post on their website that their first 2021 project would be the city of Macau for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Located on the western side of the Pearl River delta, Macau is only a few Nm away from Hong Kong. After Portugal transferred its sovereignty to China in 1999, Macau became an important gambling place, with gross casino income bigger than Las Vegas in the past years. Casinos and extravagant hotels have flourished then, making the city a good candidate for a landscape developer such as SamScene3D.

No details have been shared regarding the scenery itself, but we can expect a similar quality to their Hong Kong scenery, which was released about 2 months ago. As such, we can expected detailed modeling and nice night lighting, but no or a very light airport representation. Meanwhile, make sure to stick around FSElite for further details.
