RuSky Releases Yakovlev Yak-52 Professional for X-Plane 11

RuSky has released the Yakovlev Yak-52 Professional for X-Plane 11. The Yakovlev Yak-52 first flew in 1976 and was produced from 1977 to 1998 by Aerostar in Romania. It is powered by a 360 hp Vendeneyev M14P nine-cylinder radial engine and was originally designed as an aerobatic trainer for students in the Soviet DOSAAF training organization. With a service ceiling of 13,000 feet and a range of 300 nautical miles, the Yakovlev Yak-52 is a great airplane to jump into for short hops all over the world, you can also have a little bit of aerobatic fun while doing so!

RuSky’s Yakovlev Yak-52 features a fully functional cockpit, 4K PBR textures both inside and outside the cockpit, and a highly detailed 3D model. A complete simulation of all systems, 3D cockpit lights, FMOD sounds, and VR support immerses the user in all the beauty this aircraft has to offer. The Yak-52 has been built in accordance with all technical specifications and has been tested by a real Yak-52 aerobatic champion pilot.

Included is a unique first person walking system that allows the user to conduct a full pre-flight inspection of the aircraft. All switches and levers will retain their position after each flight awaiting the user to come back for another. Authentic gauge logic, ARK radio compass, and flight systems round out this study-level rendition of the Yakovlev Yak-52, a detailed log of all simulated systems will be included below. Finally, a complex model of airframe and engine management is included, misuse or mismanagement will cause various systems to fail and warrant repair.
