Scenery developer Rising Dawn Studios has previewed further screenshots of their rendition of Riverside Municipal Airport (KRAL) for X-Plane 11. The scenery designer stated that the render area around Riverside is going to be much larger than that of their first project, Half Moon Bay airport. It appears that the airport is near a state of completion, though no official word on the release yet.
Riverside Municipal Airport (KRAL) is an airport situated four miles southwest of downtown Riverside, California. The airport is not served by any airlines currently, though, it was served by Western Express Air to Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport as recently as 2007. It was also served by Air West and Golden West Airlines with service to LAX, Las Vegas, and Palm Springs in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. Today, the airport contains two runways, both paved, with the largest being 5,400 feet (1646 m).
