Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, or SeaTac for short, is the busiest airport in the Pacific Northwest. It’s home to Alaska Airlines and is renowned for its scenic approaches over downtown Seattle and Boeing Field, as well as its stunning departures past Mount Rainier. It’s also the airport I’ve called home for the past seven years, which gives it a special place in my heart. When MKStudios announced they were bringing their rendition of it to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, it became a day-one pick-up for me. Now that I’ve had it for a few days, I’d like to share my thoughts on whether it’s worth picking up.

Bottom Line
In conclusion, this is a solid scenery—and at twenty dollars, it’s well worth your consideration. It’s certainly not perfect when it comes to the finer details, which makes my Seattle heart ache a little. But as someone who flies into SeaTac often, it’s a meaningful upgrade over the handcrafted Asobo version. I’m happy with the addition to my library, and I look forward to flying here for years to come.
