Reno Air Races Coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator November 18th

Microsoft teased at Gamescom earlier this year, but now they have confirmed more details about the upcoming Reno Air Race downloadable content that will be coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator later this year.

Firstly, it has been confirmed that Reno Air Races will as two packages when it releases in November. Reno Air Races: Full Collection has been developed in close partnership with the Reno Air Racing Association to provide an authentic air-race experience. The Full Collection package includes 40 aircraft, including 10 North American P-51 Mustangs, 10 North American T-6 Texans, 10 Aero L-39 Albatros’, and 10 Aviat Pitts Special S1S. Among them are many famous “Gold” champions like Miss America, Strega, Voodoo, Baron’s Revenge, Radial Velocity, Six-Cat, American Spirit, and Pipsqueak, and many of the other top racers. You will have access to these aircraft and the full online racing experience for $59.99.

If you want to get your feet wet and race with friends, then the Reno Air Races: Expansion Pack is a great entry point. The entry point package includes four highly detailed aircraft: a North American T-6 Texan, a North American P-51 Mustang, an Aero L-39 Albatros, and an Aviat Pitts Special S1S. The Reno Air Races: Expansion Pack will release for $19.99.

Finally, it was confirmed that you will be able to virtually fly the world’s fastest motorsport on November 18th, when the Reno Air Race expansion packs are released for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Both packs will be coming to both the Windows and Xbox versions of the simulator.
