As with previous years, Navigraph has put together the biggest FlightSim Community Survey for the community to partake in. Between November 20th 2019 and December 2nd 2019, community members around the world will be able to take part in conducting a vital piece of research for developers and media outlets.
The survey has an emphasis on the major flight simulators such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, Lockheed Martin Prepar3D and Laminar Research X-Plane, but now also includes questions about simulators on mobile devices, combat simulators, and helicopter simulation. Furthermore, the survey has in-depth questions regarding Virtual Reality and also goes further into investigating the users’ choices when selecting aircraft and scenery addons.
This survey is a vital part of ensuring that developers can make better products based on your needs and wants. So whilst the survey may take a few minutes to complete, this will really help shape the future of flight simulation. With 2020 gearing up to be one of the most ground-breaking and exciting times for the whole community, your feedback is incredibly important.
As for the data, this will also help us ensure we continue to provide the most relevant content for our community. As we continue to lead the flight simulation media space, we want to continue finding innovative ways to build content relevant to you and help to encourage the next-generation of simmers get involved in the hobby.
During December, Navigraph will then compile the results and publish a breakdown of how the community looks heading into 2020. It’s very exciting and we can’t wait to see the results.
