Having already created enhanced turbulence effects for P3D, developer RealTurb has announced they are doing the same for MSFS.
Their latest product, Clear Air Turbulence (CAT) is a single product that covers the entire globe. It simulates dynamic turbulence effects on any aircraft. Specific details on this product are limited, however, we do know that in addition to global coverage, there will be custom turbulence sounds which are linked to the aircraft G forces. These sounds are also tunable to your preference.

No release date has been provided however, this product will be coming soon.
