QualityWings Issues Update For Ultimate 787

On the heels of their major 1.1.2 update, developer QualityWings has issued another small update for their 787.

Update 1.1.2a squashes some bugs that have come to light through the new automated crash reporting that was part of the 1.1.2 update. These bugs include the WXR radar related CTD and issues with step climbs.

While QualityWings did issue a hotfix shortly after the release of 1.1.2, this update addresses a more complete list of bugs.

Pilots are reminded that they must have version 1.1.2 installed before attempting this latest update. The update can be downloaded from the QualityWings forums or via your Flight1 product page.

Changelog

  • AUX page related CTD
  • CDU RTE page related CTD
  • WXR Radar related CTD
  • A/T thrust oscillation in cruise (also affects step climbs)
  • Slight descent before climbing when initiating step climb
