PXN has revealed its brand-new NAVOS Flight Series ahead of FlightSimExpo 2026, where the company will showcase the ecosystem publicly for the first time at Booth 312 in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Short for “Navigation Operating System”, the NAVOS Flight Series is a new modular hardware platform aimed at entry-level and intermediate flight simulation enthusiasts. The ecosystem has been designed to support both civilian and military flight simulation through two distinct product families: a dedicated yoke-based civil aviation solution and a HOTAS-focused combat flight system.
For civil aviation users, the NAVOS Yoke System is being positioned as a complete home cockpit platform. The system includes a flight yoke with interchangeable modules, an engine control quadrant, motorised trim controls, a dedicated throttle-propeller-mixture unit for general aviation flying, a flight instrument display system, radio stack controls, and rudder pedals. PXN says the entire ecosystem utilises 16-bit Hall-effect sensors and offers adjustable damping and tension settings for improved control precision.
Meanwhile, the NAVOS HOTAS System is designed for combat, aerobatic, and military flight simulation. The setup features a multi-axis flight stick and throttle combination with what PXN describes as a high-linearity, zero-deadzone architecture. The company says the system will support customisable response profiles and is intended to provide accurate control across a range of flying styles.
Alongside the hardware, PXN is introducing its Nexus software platform. The software is designed to simplify setup by offering one-click presets for supported flight simulators, automatically configuring control mappings and response curves without requiring extensive manual adjustment.
PXN has outlined plans to release additional accessories throughout late 2026 and into 2027, including extra switch panels, instrument displays, and mounting solutions. The goal is to allow simmers to gradually build more comprehensive cockpit setups without replacing existing hardware.
The company has also incorporated several practical design features into the ecosystem, including integrated expansion ports, tool-free module connections, interchangeable throttle handles, and a lightweight desk mounting solution.
Visitors to FlightSimExpo 2026 will be able to try both the civil aviation and combat flight setups during hands-on demonstrations at the PXN booth. The company will also have representatives on hand to discuss the technology behind the ecosystem and share further details on its future roadmap.
