Registration for FlightSimExpo 2025 continues to grow as we edge closer to the event this coming June. Taking place at the Rhode Island Convention Centre in Providence, FlightSimExpo 2025 will amass flight simmers from all around the world to see the latest product reveals, try the newest hardware, and interact with like-minded people.
With that in mind, if you are looking to attend, now is the best time to secure your tickets as prices will soon rise.
“Early registrations are hugely helpful for us as show organizers,” says FSA Co-Founder Evan Reiter. “Developers always ask us how many visitors we’re expecting and how registration is trending when deciding to attend. The more information we can give them, the better the chances they’ll exhibit. And we give that back to you in the form of discounted rates the earlier you register.”
Currently, general admission for the whole weekend is only $80 USD. If you are a Flight Simulation Association member, you can save 10%, and FSA Captains can save 20%. On March 1st, registration prices will increase. General admission, for example, will increase to $90 for the whole weekend. So if you want to attend, act now to ensure you secure the best price.
As a reminder, the largest North American flight simulation conference will be taking place at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence on June 27-29 2025.
We will see you there!

Expect names in software, hardware, and other areas of flight simulation to all be present in Rhode Island in June 2025.
