New Store
PMDG has opened the doors to their new store. The transition, which began last week, has now been finished. During this time, users were unable to purchase any PMDG products or download their already purchased products. Everyone should have access once again.
Robert Randazzo, who made the announcement on the PMDG forums, also shared some other important information related to the new website. First of all, it is good to know for everyone that all the account data and history has been transferred over. When you log in to your account, all the information should be right there. However, you will need to create a new password before being able to access your account. This has to do with new security measures that PMDG has implemented on their new website.
Furthermore, downloads are now protected with 2FA (two-factor authentication). So you will need to enter a code which will be send to your e-mail before you’ll be able to download your purchases.
With the transition to this new storefront, and the “recent” switch to a forum hosted by PMDG, the developer is entering a new era after 22 years. Soon, all other subdomains, such as support.precisionmanuals.com, will be hosted under the PMDG domain.

Moving on to the next bit of information Randazzo had to share. Today also happens to be PMDG’s 22nd birthday. To celebrate that, as well as opening the new store front, PMDG is having a 22% discount sale. You read that right. For the first time in PMDG history, the company is having a sale on their products. You won’t need to do anything to get the 22% discount, it will automatically be applied during checkout. The sale will last until August 14th.
