PMDG has released its all-new PMDG Operations Centre 3.0 update for the community to use. The new Ops Centre has been designed as a complete overhaul of 2.0 since it was released back in 2017. This new tool benefits from a new feature set and streamlines the process of installing both products and liveries.
The biggest change with the new OC3 is how you will receive your PMDG products. Starting initially with the PMDG 777F (2020), instead of downloading full EXE files from the servers, you will get a link to Operations Centre v3, and then you can install it directly from within that tool. New updates for products will also be made available via the new tool.
In the next few days, PMDG will make the PMDG 777-300ER (2020) available for installation via the Operations Centre, and more products will be added in the future. The next in line is the due to be the brand-new 777-200ER series for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. More news will be shared in the coming days, according to Robert at PMDG.
