PMDG has released its 737-600 ‘High Detail’ update for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. This now means the external and interior modelling are now up to the new standard PMDG set for itself with the release of the 737-700.
PMDG says “Improvements have been implemented throughout the airplane model, giving a more life-like and visually accurate presentation of the 737NG.” They continued, “Tens of thousands of hand placed rivets, screws and fasteners, improved skin mapping, enhanced modeling and animation of equipment hatches and exterior controls, improved ground equipment models and their animations, improved doorways, cargo holds, cabin interiors , cockpit, landing gear, gear bays, engines and lighting throughout are implemented using the MSFS 2024 SDK to enhance your simming experience without sacrificing performance.”
PMDG Updates 737-700
The team also updated its 737-700. This update includes new implementation of BeyondATC datalink, more WASM stability and a handful of other changes that can be viewed via the changelog in the Operations Center.

The 737-900 and the 737-800 updates will be available in due course.
