PILOT’S has released Prairie Creek Airport (CBH4) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024.
Prairie Creek Airport is a small private gravel airstrip surrounded by forest and steep mountainous terrain, located in the far north of the Canadian Wilderness, in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Prairie Creek is privately owned and operated by Canadian Zinc Corporation, and the airport’s primary role is to serve as a supporting base for local mining operations at the adjacent Prairie Creek Mine, which Canadian Zinc Corporation also operates.
Yellowknife-based airline, Air Tindi, is one of the only operators in and out of Prairie Creek using their STOL-capable de Havilland Canada Dash 7.
PILOT’S rendition of Prairie Creek Airport features an accurate rendition of the airport as of 2025, 4K high definition texturing, custom custom-crafted mesh, 25 square km of hand-crafted photo scenery, Zelt-Dynamic scenery which features a dynamic and ever changing airport, realistic shadows, night lighting, custom buildings, custom objects, vegetation and more.
