Scenery developer Pilot Plus has released London Oxford Airport (EGTK) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The airport is located north of Oxford and typically sees general aviation and business aviation. Furthermore, the airport is also home to the largest training academy in Europe, including Leading Edge Aviation and CAE Oxford Academy.
According to the developers, the airport has been designed to be used in conjunction with the Microsoft Flight Simulator World Update III: UK and Ireland. The airport product comes with an updated 2021 layout and was also developed in conjunction with airport management to bring the smaller details to life. In addition, Pilot Plus has included dynamic rain on the control tower and full PBR across the entire airfield. Finally, the team has modelled the interior of many of the airport’s key buildings.
