With a trailer over on their YouTube page, Parallel 42 has announced the latest in their immersion packages, with the 737 Immersion. The trailer gives us a preview of some of the special effects that we can come to expect for this add-on. It shows effects such as engine intake vortices and (improved) wheel spray during rainy or wet conditions, wing and engine condensation, St. Elmo’s fire, cloud illumination, water droplets, contrails and more.
In total, 15 new effects will upgrade the visual presentation of your Boeing 737. The package will be compatible with PMDG’s 737, as well as others, although Parallel 42 did not comment on which others this might include. 737 Immersion will be cost €15, but Parallel 42’s SimFX is required for the immersion package to work and needs to be purchased separately.
