Pacific Islands Simulation (PacSim) has shared some previews of their upcoming Raleigh–Durham International Airport (KRDU) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Raleigh–Durham International Airport is a major airport located in North Carolina, United States. It is situated between Raleigh and Durham, two of the state’s largest cities. The airport offers both domestic and international flights to destinations in Europe, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Pacific Islands Simulation is currently developing the airport and shared the previews on their Facebook page. They mentioned that Terminal 1 and 2 exterior work is complete as well as parking garages, Atlantic and Signature FBOs, GA hangars, FAA tower, taxiway designation and lighting, vehicle models around the airport and satellite imagery.
The previews are of the completed FBOs, with more pictures to come hopefully towards the end of November which will include Terminals 1 and 2.
Pacific Islands Simulation hasn’t provided a release date as of yet, but judging by the screenshots it looks like it’s well on the way. As always, stay tuned to FSElite for updates.
