PacSim Releases Raleigh-Durham Airport for MSFS

After months of previews, Pacific Islands Simulation (PacSim) has finally released Raleigh-Durham International Airport for MSFS 2020/2024.

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (KRDU/RDU) is one of the fastest-growing airports in the United States. Serving a record-breaking 15.5 million passengers in 2024, RDU Airport serves as a focus city for Delta Airlines and an operating base for Avelo Airlines and Endeavor Air. In recent years, the airport has added various international airlines, including Aeromexico, Air France, Copa, Lufthansa, and more. To accommodate future growth, the airport authority is advancing construction on a new runway 05L/23R and expanding Terminal 1.

PacSim’s Raleigh-Durham scenery has been a highly anticipated release for MSFS. According to the developer, the scenery includes the most up-to-date airport layout, three types of customer animated jetways, custom vegetation and autogen, and PBR textures. Frequent fliers into RDU Airport can advantage of the modeled terminal interiors and accurately-placed FBOs and general aviation buildings.

You can now purchase PacSim’s Raleigh-Durham Airport scenery through the Pacific Islands Simulation website for $21.99. At the time of writing, PacSim is also running a 40% off sale on all of their other sceneries.
