Pacific Islands Simulation Provides Salt Lake City Intl. Airport Update

Developer Pacific Islands Simulation has taken to their Facebook page with a development update on their upcoming Salt Lake City Intl. Airport (KSLC). As development is progressing, the scenery now features EV charging stations and updated ground textures with wear and tear marks. Also added are Delta, Skywest and Southwest freight terminals, and several of the de-icing facilities have been completed. Next up will be interior items for several of the restaurants and cafeteria’s in the scenery.

Though the developer has been hoping for a March release, unfortunately this has been pushed back a bit. The team has received more information on the airport, specifically on the construction work going on at the real airport. To ensure an accurate and up-to-date rendition of the airport, the team wants to incorporate these changes into their scenery. These changes specifically pertain to updated textures on the GA buildings and hangars. No new release date or window was shared, but we’ll keep you up to date as PacSim continues to show their upcoming scenery.
