Over on the Orbx forums, Aimee made a rather exciting announcement: Orbx TrueEarth Great Britain will soon be getting its second part (out of 3). Apparently, progress on TrueEarth GB Central is coming along rather well, and if previous region developments are an indicator, faster than expected. Orbx released TrueEarth Great Britain South just a bit over a month ago.
TrueEarth Great Britain covers 59,383km2, and includes well known cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle as well as ‘scenic areas’ such as Lake District, Peak District, Snowdonia National Park, North Yorkshire Moors and the North Wales Coast/Llandudno. All of these areas have been faithfully recreated in the sim.
Orbx was also nice enough to share a feature list with us, as well as a huge amount of previews. We have created a small selection of those for you down below, but do make sure to check out the original post for much more of them. Furthermore, they let us know that users of this addon will get free service packs for life, as well as more updates containing more point of interests in the future.
