Orbx has released Stavanger Sola Airport (ENZV) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. Stavanger Airport is located on the south west coast of Norway, serving the city of Stavanger and its surrounding area. The airport is the third busiest in Norway, with daily flights to other Norwegian and European destinations, as well as helicopter flights to Norway’s offshore oil installations.
The scenery has been developed by Orbx veteran developer Finn Hansen, known for sceneries such as Âlesund, Hammerfest and of course, Oslo. The scenery has been developed from the ground up, with high fidelity modelling and high quality textures. It includes interior modelling for the airport terminals, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the scenery. For those more keen to experience the airport from their cockpit, the scenery includes animated jetways and VDGS integration via Nool Aerosystems, as well as a custom made and detailed airside.
