An old classic from the Orbx collection has been brought over to Microsoft Flight Simulator. Developer Andreas Hegi has developed the Prepar3D/FSX airport to the new sim utilising new tools and tech to enhance it beyond what it was previously. 74S Anacortes Airport is a rebirth of the original with new texture sets and modeling to complement the new simulator.
Anacortes Airport primarily serves general aviation purposes, including private pilots and recreational flyers. It has a single runway and offers services such as fueling, tie-downs, and basic maintenance facilities.
Andreas has developed the airport to be recreated with full PBR ultra-HD texturing, along with using on-site photography to recreate the airport in full. New dynamic and emissive night lighting has also been produced to offer even more realism. There is plenty of ground clutter, accurately modeled buildings, and signage to reflect how the airport looks in real life.
You can buy 74S Anacortes Airport from Orbx for AUD $18.84.
