In a post on their forum, Orbx has announced that they’ve released Old Warden Aerodrome (EGTH) for X-Plane 11 to stretch their saga of UK airports to further enhance their TrueEarth GB South add-on.
Old Warden is located in Bedfordshire, Southern England. It is well-known for being home to the vintage Shuttleworth Collection which depicts the history of flight from the early 1900s to the 1950s. Old Warden has a single grass strip runway and does not often see much traffic except during events/flight gatherings.
Orbx’s rendition of Old Warden Aerodrome features 15/60cm/px ground imagery, static vintage aircraft modelled, modelled nearby landmarks and buildings and more which can be found in the features list at the end of this article.
You can grab a hold of Old Warden Aerodrome (EGTH) from OrbxDirect for a price of AUD $24.95 (Excl. VAT) exclusively for X-Plane 11.
